Many products sold as 'Flower Water' are simply a few drops of oil in water, or worse still, artificially fragranced. The Flower Waters sold by Skin Affair are true hydrosols. That is, they are a by-product of the manufacture of essential oil production. As steam carries off the essential oils, the water that remains is a true flower water and still contains a diluted essence of whatever plant is used.
